Terms of service

These terms govern your use of caelusjewels.com and any purchase from Caelus. Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

About the store. Caelus is an Australian online jewelry store. You can reach us at hello@caelusjewels.com.

Products. Our pieces are fashion jewelry. We work to show and describe each piece accurately; screens differ, so small variations in color can occur between the photos and the piece you receive.

Orders and payment. All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through the store's payment providers. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and you can choose a full refund or an alternative. We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil or that shows signs of fraud, with a full refund.

Shipping. Every piece is dispatched to order. Timeframes, costs and coverage are set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; the Shipping policy says what we do when an order runs late.

Returns and refunds. Our Refund policy covers pieces that arrive damaged, faulty or not as described: contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and choose a replacement or a full refund. We do not offer change-of-mind returns. The Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply regardless of anything in these terms.

Intellectual property. The Caelus name, logo and site content belong to Caelus. Do not reuse them without written permission.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, Caelus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
