Refund policy

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us at hello@caelusjewels.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

Changed your mind? You can return any unworn piece in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@caelusjewels.com and we will send you the return address. Return postage is yours to cover, and we refund the full price to your original payment method once the piece reaches us.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
