Refund policy

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us at hello@caelusjewels.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
