Every Caelus piece is dispatched to order.

• Orders are placed with our fulfilment partner within 2 business days.
• Delivery to Australian addresses typically takes 10 to 18 business days from dispatch. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
• Standard shipping is A$10, free on orders over A$100. Express is A$15.
• We currently ship within Australia only.

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us at hello@caelusjewels.com and we will chase it or make it right.
